STICKING IT ON IS THE EASY PART.
Surface Cleaning & Pre-Application
Surface Cleaning — Clean the item's surface before applying the UV DTF sticker. Use soap and water, an all-purpose cleaner, or a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water. Allow the surface to dry completely. Pre-Application — Place the design face down with the white side facing up. Apply firm pressure across the entire design with a squeegee, moving back and forth several times to secure the UV DTF sticker to the carrier sheet.
Lift the Design onto the Carrier Sheet
Carefully separate the two sheets, ensuring the complete design lifts onto the top carrier sheet. Designs with fine lines or small details may require extra care. If any part does not lift, lower the sheet, squeegee it again from behind, and try peeling from another angle.
Position and Apply the UV DTF Sticker
Decide where to place the sticker before it touches the surface. For smaller designs measuring 8 inches or less, gently position the design using both hands. For larger designs, begin at one side and apply it gradually to help prevent bubbles, overlaps and wrinkles. Once positioned, press firmly across the design with your fingers or a squeegee three to five times. Tip: Leave one corner of the carrier sheet loose to make peeling easier.
Peel the Carrier Sheet Slowly
Peel the carrier sheet slowly while checking that every part of the design remains attached. If any area lifts, lower the sheet, apply pressure again with the squeegee, and continue peeling from another angle.
For best results, follow the recommended application instructions for your specific transfer and surface.
